    Angry SA Payment

    I was coming due in October to renew my SA Plus Membership. I went on my payment page and paid the $30 with a Credit Card and I have since paid it off. It shows on my payment page that I paid it. SA cut me off and I cannot get on to play my sweeps. I went on the payments page and it said it was $40.00 for the year. I paid it. I have now paid SA $70.00 and they will not let me enjoy my sweeps at all. I am frustrated and angry. I have emailed the help desk and no one has even answered me. I hate to think that if they cannot resolve this, I will find a different sweeps site, but I love SA.

    They have done the same to me. It clearly shows on my payment page that they received a paypal payment on Feb. 27, 2019, but they still have denined access to me. I've sent 3 messages, but still no help. This is theft fir taking a oayment and refusing services!

    Are you signing in on the sweepstakes plus site? Did you send a support ticket and get no reply?
