I called the number listed in the email yesterday when I got mine before trying to use it because the directions seemed vague on how to use it and the number wouldn't work to allow me to check the balance on the BK website.
The guy I spoke with told me the card was missing 3 numbers. I told him that was the number listed in my email. He took my information and told me the managers may know how to use them. I explained to him if the card was missing numbers it wasn't a valid card. He said the card was vaild(not sure how if it doesn't have all the numbers in the email though) he also stated that they just rolled out the awards yesterday and were still looking to how to use them. Sounds like they should have looked at how to use them before awarding them but hopefully that info will help others who have gotten the card any tried to use it or others who have gotten the card and not tried to use it yet. I have no clue how to fix this issue though it seems like a problem on their end
