Jackpots for the Mega Millions and Powerball lotteries topped $100-million last week, and with no winners, they're still climbing for this week's drawings.

Up for grabs in Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing, a $114-million jackpot ($86-million cash option).

In Wednesday night's Powerball draw, the jackpot is $165-million ($107.7-million cash value).

Mega Millions tickers cost one-dollar and Powerball tickets are two-dollars. To add the multiplier in either game, it costs one-dollar more.

I've got 2 tickets for mega millions tomorrow. Hoping to win. I'd settle for a free ticket! Anyone else hoping to win too?!:)
 
I lost just like usual so no surprise... I always feel guilty spending money for the lotto too. but since the jackpot is this large..maybe no one won it or else i'm not wasting the dollar again anytime soon..fingers crossed.
 
All I have to say is REALLY thank goodness someone won both lotteries Mega and PB....I just can't stand the thought of trying to somehow pick the set of numbers yet again, and be off by all the numbers, not one right. Considering myself lucky because I will save my money now. I don't really enjoy the lottery anyways not enough of a chance to win, even scratch offs(usually u buy like 5 in a row, only to have the next person get the same ticket and probably win). Anyone else feel the same way???I know some people have won a big prize on lotteries but not me.
 
Everyone got there lucky Powerball lottery tickets to check tonight?! 400 million right now. I went w/ Quick Picks...I would be happy just if no one won really :) But, we'll see. I'm going to watch the drawing live online, figured out you can't have your ad blocker on ...
 
Mega Millions made some changes to the game:
Now, overall odds of winning any prize 1 in 14.7.

"Players may pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers - five different numbers from 1 to 75 and one number from 1 to 15"

I went with my own picks this time, I did get lucky the last drawing and win one dollar. Hoping to get lucky again! Or, at least I hope no one wins!!! I don't have much faith as thinking about it though, just too great of odds.
