That depends.\u00a0 As a quick overview, both SweepsAdvantage and SweepstakesPlus are collections of sweepstakes listings.\u00a0 Our editors search the web to find sweepstakes for you, and we post the links on our site.\u00a0 The paragraph descriptions on our site belong to us.\u00a0 However, once you click on a link, you are interacting directly with the sweepstakes sponsor<\/a>.\u00a0 We cannot correct or edit any information on a sponsor's website.<\/p>\n

The kinds of things we can fix include typos and edits in our own listings.\u00a0 We can remove expired sweepstakes and change<\/a> the expiration dates if necessary.\u00a0 If the Restrictions field is wrong, we can correct it\u00a0to show who can enter a sweepstakes<\/a>.\u00a0 We can add notes to the description that will help you with the entry form.\u00a0 If there are shareable codes, we can add them to the listings if we have them.\u00a0 If a sweepstakes is in the wrong category, we can move it.\u00a0 If it's part of our description, we can adjust it.<\/p>\n

What we cannot do is change, edit or correct information on the sponsors' websites.\u00a0 We know it is frustrating when your code doesn't work, your state is missing from the entry form, or the page won't advance.\u00a0 We share your frustrations, but we have no access to the sponsors' content.\u00a0 All we can do is the same thing we would advise you to do – contact the sponsors if there is a problem with their sweepstakes.\u00a0 If the page won't load or the rules are wrong, only the sponsors can fix it.<\/p>\n

Something else to consider – is your browser up to date?\u00a0 If you have IE6 or earlier on your computer, there are sweepstakes that will not run for you.\u00a0 This is a situation you have the power to correct.\u00a0 If you\u00a0download the latest Internet Explorer or Google Chrome\u00a0to your computer, you should discover that ‘problem' sweepstakes<\/a> will now work for you.<\/p>
