    Not receiving my prize. yet they keep saying they sent it or are sending it.

    I won a picture contest on facebook. I won 2nd place this was the first week of december. It was a $250 giftcard. They asked me to fill out the tax info which I did. Even though its under $600 bucks. they said they mailed it out. I never got it. Oh and first place winner never got hers either...
