Won the $15 Amazon e-card on the Visa Facebook sweep (an IW) :)

Back in late November (I posted win here on Nov 25) I won a $100 VISA card on the Camel IW game - haven't received it yet. Anyone out there gotten theirs? What do I do about getting the card since they never sent an email - it was just the winner screen.
