I got a similar response from another Molson Coors contest! Grrrr. I reported them to the BBB. You should consider doing that and send them a note to let them know you did. What a rotten move on their part. I think they are just majorly disorganized.

I used mine this morning. You really have to walk the checker through it and make sure they know it is NOT a coupon. They have to run the full total first and process it as a payment. It works but there are little things like they have to use the hand scanner. I wish people would just mail you...

That Cutwater sweeps was really bizarre: you had I think 5 weeks of sweeps periods where you could enter by contacting customer service, leaving a voice mail, entering something on Instagram, and then calling an agent on Wednesdays to be the correct caller. I didn't see it listed in the prizes...

Mine was a surprise too! It was a glass tumbler with a curse word on it! I checked the prize list and didn't see that one on there, maybe it was a substitute for the mug.
