Why are some states frequently excluded from sweeps? Fl is one I've notice. NY too. Alaska and HI make some sense...and I know some states forbid alcohol related contests but what other laws exists. And what states should I never move to? haha

There sweeps always say sign up for our email list to be entered...I can't figure out to do that. Someone help...i'm sure the link is right in fornt of me and i just can't see it!

Also remember that by doing business with a company (including sweepstakes) you authorize them to contact you. I'm not sure what the time limit is but they are not breaking the law by calling you after you've done business with them even if you are on the Do Not Call list.
