Has anyone else noticed how rare it is these days to get an instant win? I try to enter at the same time thinking I have to eventually hit it..does anyone think certain times are more lucrative than others?

so confused ~ there is a catagory for contest only, i am browsing them and notice most are for canada only and other have state restrictions on them, is there a way to filter them to my state? and why are so many of them canada?
