Do you have to join Plus to have access to save sweeps? I used to be able to save a list. I no longer can get my saved list

I went on my desktop to enter contests and was logged into another person's account. I logged out and logged back in. What's going on? Was someone in mine too?

This morning I received from the do not reply address at eprize had shipped a coupon via UPS; however they had another person's name and address on it. What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated. :)
