2 Cheese Wins

Got a big surprise this afternoon when I received a notification from Cabot Cheese that I had won 2 lbs of Cheddar Cheese. A few minutes later, received notice from Bite of the Best that I had won 2 pounds of various flavored Cheddar Cheese from them. If you can't win money, food is good

You can freeze cheese! I'd cut it all up into smaller packs, and make it last a long time, or shred a bunch and make enchiladas, or tacos, and cube a bunch for easy snacking. Great wins! Congratulations!! :cheers: :cheers:
