$25 Camel Hump Day ARGGGHHH!!!

Won the $25...tried 3 times to generate code..then it said code expired...AGAIN!! Now I have 2 $25 codes I can't redeem!! Making me sick!! I've never had problems before and now it's every time!!
 
I remember when I won awhile back & had to go thru the process of trying to get them to reset the code. ALmost more trouble than the win was worth. It's REALLY ridiculous to have to chase down your wins from camel.They need another system for the prizes... Good luck, and congrats!!
 
I called and actually talked to a HUMAN at Camel!! She is forwarding my info and sending me a boatload of coupons...we will see what happens!!

I did the same thing! Talked to a human and they sent an email to the company about it. She also wanted me to contact up2urewards, which I did. She gave me the email address. Says 2-3 business days. This is day 3 and I still have not heard back!

i have the same problem! it happens everytime i win! ive emailed them so many times its a joke. i missed my last win of $50 because it expired. i emailed & called them almost daily for the 30 days. they just kept saying they would get to it.

now i just won $25 and same thing. a yellow box shows up top and nothing happens. now it says its been claimed. they told me its because i used a different password than what u use for camel but ive won 4 times and not once has it worked like its supposed to work. they just need to change it. it sucks anyways! cant use it all, i always end up leaving several dollars balance.

Calling Camel is the only way my issue was resolved!!! Let Camel send UP2U an email on your behalf and the issue should be resolved in a couple of days...That is what I had to do.......I checked my account and the code was there...UP2U never even sent me an email to let me know they credited my account....So to me this proves they are not listening to us but will listen to Camel....Maybe when Camel gets tired of hearing all the belly aching from us they will do something about UP2U.......Much Luck to you all!!!
 
Yes!! I made sure my voice was heard thru CAMEL!! I told them how Up2U rewards just absolutley sucks little fuzzy balls!! LOL!
