I got the e-code no problem.I used to put it on my hubs Paypal, but now it won't recognize billing address for some reason. So,then I tried to buy a $24 Walmart card and got an email back from Walmart saying "gift card balance exceeded",whatever that means. My question is..I know some of you order Walmart cards...what am I doing wrong??

Walmart gc are no charge to order Try the full amount.

I did...wouldn't go thru,so I lowered it.Up2U charges $1 per transaction, tho. I got this stupid code and can't figure out how to use it!!

I have redeemed previous codes with not too much problem, but the last one i won for $25 I can't get to work on amazon or Walmart. I just gave up.

i have a $50 dollar card from camel sweepstakes that i tried to use on walmart and amazon.it wont work on either site.and amazon told me the bank that issued the card wont tell them why it was rejected because of privacy issues.my $15 dollar card worked fine from camel.
this is the first time i had trouble with the camel cards i've won.
guess i'll have to call them

It takes a few days for the money to be back on the ecard. Good Luck. I've tried to redeem mine, my sisters and others for them to get gift cards at walmart and they always get cancelled because they don't recognize the codes. Up2Urewards is a joke. It is F rated by the BBB. So many people having problems with them you would think camel would try to help.

I've won Camel instants numerous times and have never had a problem......until the last time, when I hit for the $25. I tried to register it and I kept getting some kind of error message. After trying several times, I got the message that the code had been "suspended". Thinking I should just wait a while, I waited about a half hour and tried it again and then I get that the code was "EXPIRED"!

Sent an email as directed when it was suspended - and basically got nothing except an acknowledgement email back. Then I called 800-334-8157 and a real person actually answered. She was very helpful and full of information on the proper way to enter your info when registering the code. Anyway, she said she was sending my info to the "head office" and I should hear something soon.

Haven't heard back yet, but I have checked, and the code is no longer "expired" but it is still "suspended".

One thing she said, was to try to register the code from a different computer. Don't remember why that should work, but she said sometimes the suspension/expiration message will go away, allowing you to register the code. She also said to enter the info in all caps.

I haven't yet been able to check on this from another computer, but I'm going to try soon, and if that doesn't work, I'm calling back! She said they are having "LOTS" of problems with this. Must have used the same people that did the Obamacare website LOL.

Keep after them - you won - you should get your prize!

I realized, although I thought I had all info exact, I was including / in the b-day. Entered it as MMDDYYYY (instead of MM/DD/YYYY) and it finally worked, also capitalization counts sometimes, I think. Also waiting a little bit, I've heard, helps.
