Hi! The redemption site didn't work for me either, but when you log back into the camel sweepstakes site, in the upper lefthand corner if you hover over your name, the button next to it is a speech bubble with an "!" in it. You can click on my Swag, and the should be a link to the redemption site to try again. Mine worked when I tried again later!
