I've been a member of AARP for 15 years (yeah, I'm old!) and never, until very recently, paid any attention to their points program and what it could do for me. I find that if I "buckle down," I can earn the max points of 7,500 a day in about 1 hr 15 min. So far, I have harvested $40 in Outback GC, $30 in Red Lobster GC, and $3 in Dunkin GC. There are usually, although not for the past few days, really good sweeps to enter daily. I have yet to "win" a sweeps, but, the $73 restaurant money in my pocket from the past 2 months is making me feel pretty lucky!

vickiburton - that is awesome!

fyi - AARP sent out an email that they will start to pull unused points;

Do my points ever expire?

Yes. Your points expire in monthly batches – but don’t worry, we’ll send an email nudge before that happens! Points are non-transferable and they expire on a rolling 12-month basis. For example, any points earned in January 2020 would expire on February 1, 2021 if you don't redeem. Points will expire the 1[SUP]st[/SUP] day of every month starting Jan. 1, 2021.

For all the details on points expiration, check out the terms and conditions.
