At the end of Sept. I recieved a suprise win from the ESPN/Kingsford charcol Tailgate sweeps. In the letter in the box it said I would be recieving a Grill in a seperate package in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, I called to verify since I had not recieved one and she said they were finding the best way to ship, but she was getting them ready to send as we spoke. 3 weeks after that I still have not recieved or heard anything. I know they are located in Bethel, CT. I know nothing about that area, but figure there is a good chance they had problems after Sandy. If that is the case I can completly understand, but when is a good time to check in without sounding unsympathetic? (I hope that didn't come across badly, I don't want to sound selfish at all- just wondering what other people's thoughts are?) TIA
