Alternate method of entry

How are you using the "Alternate Method of Entry" under Facebook contests?
In a Facebook Contest- Alternate Method of Entry is listed in Official Rules often and when it's clicked on- looks just like the FB enrty form. Only difference is, it doesn't have "like" requirement and doesn't ask you to invite friends. So is it "truly" linked to my FB account...or

Does that mean I can enter my info under FB, and my husband (who doesn't use FB) can enter under the amoe sweepstakes?
 
Seems like the alternative method of entry for facebook sweeps is only for people who don't have facebook accounts or don't want to login to facebook to enter the sweepstakes.

To be sure there is no "link to facebook" I would make sure you are logged out of facebook when your husband enters these AMOE. sweepstakes.

We recently started noting in the facebook listings which facebook sweepstakes allow AMOE. :wave:
 
Thank you for the reply. I did notice that AMOEs were showing more under FB contest. Good for us! I will have to make sure I'm signed out first though? Or can I go back and forth between FB entry and AMOE link without it showing to my FB?
