GRAND PRIZE EVENT: All three (3) confirmed Finalists, along with one (1) guest each (21 years of age or older) will be invited to attend a Sponsor designated stop on the 2018 HOT ROD Power Tour. Each Finalist in attendance will receive a key, randomly selected by a representative of the Sponsor (a “Key”). Only one Key will be able to start the engine of the official AVS® customized Dodge® Challenger® (“Vehicle”) present at the Grand Prize Event (the “Event”). Each Finalist will be asked to try their Key in the ignition of the Vehicle, and the Finalist whose Key starts the engine of the vehicle, as determined by the Sponsor representative administering the Event in their sole discretion, will win the Vehicle (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules) (the” Grand Prize”). A Finalist must be present at the Grand Prize Event to win, but if, for any reason, a Finalist is unable to participate in the Grand Prize Event, the Finalist may designate in writing that only his/her guest may attempt to start the Vehicle in his/her place (“designee”). A designee must be 21 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and sign a Liability Release prior to participating. Designees will be approved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Designees must affirmatively agree that should the designee’s Key start the Vehicle, the Finalist they are representing will win the Grand Prize and the designee has no rights in or to the Grand Prize. If a Finalist/designee violates the instructions of Sponsor’s Representative in conjunction with the Grand Prize Event or otherwise acts in an inappropriate manner (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), such Finalist/designee may be disqualified and the respective Finalist will forfeit the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. The odds of a Finalist receiving the Key that starts the Vehicle are 1 in 3. No assistance of any kind may be given to the Finalists participating in the Grand Prize Event. Should more than one Key start the Vehicle, none of the Keys start the Vehicle, or the Vehicle is unavailable for the Grant Prize Event, or the Event cannot take place as planned for any reason, Sponsor’s Representatives will conduct a random drawing of all Finalists present at the Grand Prize Event (or if Grand Prize Event is cancelled, from confirmed Finalists) in order to determine the Grand Prize winner.
FINALIST PRIZES: There will be a total of (3) Finalists (one (1) per Entry Period). Each Finalist, and a guest (must be 21 years of age or older) will receive a 3-day/2-night trip to a Sponsor designated spot of the 2018 HOT ROD Power Tour (the “Trip”). The Trip includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest the winner’s home (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations [one (1) room/double occupancy] at a Sponsor-specified hotel, roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel, admission to the 2018 HOT ROD Power Tour for the winner plus guest, roundtrip ground transfers between the Event/hotel, and each Finalist will receive $600 cash (awarded in the form of a check or gift card at Sponsor’s sole discretion) towards meals during the Trip. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is approximately $3,750. If a Finalist winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the Trip destination (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), that Finalist winner will receive a travel stipend in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize.
Each Finalist and his/her respective guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, etc.) in order to travel. Failure by the Finalist and his/her guest to obtain required travel documents in the time required to travel on the specified travel date may result in forfeiture of the Trip and a chance to win the Grand Prize and alternate selection of another potential Finalist, time permitting. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages, natural disasters, or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the Promotion or any prize award, including without limitation the Grand Prize Event and/or use. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed or described in these Official Rules, including, but not limited to, meals, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, any transportation not mentioned within such a prize description, and all expenses for any of the foregoing, are the sole responsibility of each prize winner/Finalist. Actual retail value of each Finalist’s Trip may vary due to such Finalist’s residence and time of travel; if actual value is less than indicated approximate retail value, Finalist will not receive the difference in cash.
Event location, date and time will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Event providers, as applicable, and is subject to change. Finalists and their guests must travel on dates specified by Sponsor; dates of departure/return are subject to change. Certain restrictions may apply. Seat locations are at sole discretion of Sponsor. In the event that any of the associated events that may be available to the Finalists do not take place as scheduled or are cancelled for any reason, that portion of their Prize may not be awarded and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. In the event the HOT ROD Power Tour is cancelled, the Grand Prize Event may, but without obligation, be rescheduled and held at an alternate location at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and alternate travel accommodations will be provided to the Finalists so that they may participate. In such situation, Grand Prize winner must take possession and control of the Prize Vehicle, as provided herein, at the rescheduled event, if applicable. If the event is not rescheduled, winner must take possession and control of the Vehicle at a time/location specified by Sponsor, at winner’s cost and expense.
Sponsor and event officials, as applicable, will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, admission passes, travel vouchers or certificates. Finalists and their guests agree to comply with all applicable regulations in connection with the Hot Rod Power Tour. Sponsor and Hot Rod Power Tour officials, as applicable, reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Finalist and/or a guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and Hot Rod Power Tour officials as applicable, will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppages, natural disasters, or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the Hot Rod Power Tour. The terms and conditions of any ticket (i.e., airline, event) awarded as part of the Finalist Prize will ultimately govern in the event any of the circumstances described in this paragraph occur.

- GRAND PRIZE (1): An AVS® customized 2017 Dodge® Challenger® automobile. The total ARV of Grand Prize: $67,000. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees and pick-up costs for the Vehicle. The Grand Prize winner will be required to show proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license prior to taking possession of the Vehicle at the event. IMPORTANT NOTICE: GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST TAKE POSSESSION AND CONTROL OF PRIZE VEHICLE AT TIME/PLACE OF GRAND PRIZE EVENT; GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLE THEREAFTER AND ANY AND ALL COSTS, FEES, LIABILITIES AND EXPENSES RELATING THERETO. Grand Prize winner may arrange for third-party delivery of the vehicle prize to their final destination if they are unable or unwilling to drive the vehicle; however, all such arrangements are the sole responsibility and cost of winner. Sponsor and other Released Parties disclaim all liability and responsibility relating thereto. Vehicle pick-up will be as directed by Sponsor, or Grand Prize may be forfeited. Vehicle make, color and any other specifications are at sole discretion of Sponsor. Grand Prize is awarded as-is and any additional Vehicle options that are not already included and installed on the Vehicle are the sole expense of Grand Prize winner.
- RUNNER UP PRIZES: There will be two (2) Runner Up Prizes (awarded to the two (2) Finalists who do not win the Grand Prize). Each Runner Up Prize will consist of a $1,500 Gift Certificate redeemable for product(s) from AVS® and/or any brand within the Lund International family of brands.
