you have to print out the coupon, right? I got an email..but I'm wondering if they can send it to me through snail mail :-(

Yeah, you have to print it out. You might try to e-mail the contact at the bottom and see if they can send it snail mail or work something else out with you. Worst that can happen is they'll say no.
 
Update:

Went to Target to pick this up and saw they were on a price break 2 for $5. It took the full coupon amount off and got the 2 bags for 30 some cents after tax.
