Any more news on Pepsi/NFL codes?

Received my $25 after many phone calls - It did did not work. :nono:

Called again, I will get a email in 10 days from Pepsi on a new code.

This one is FUBAR!

Oh we got ours, but it doesn't work "pin number is incorrect length" ridiculous. gives me a bad opinion of the sponsor :( get it together Pepsi!

I called them today and they told me they were processing my gift card, I had won twice so I asked about he other one, and the service representative told me there was a limit of one win. That ok with me, I probably didn't read the rules or something, I am happy to have won one gift card.

OK. I called Pepsi today to ask about my win. As far as I knew, I had won (1) $100 card, and my wife had won (1) $100 card and (1) $25 card. The guy on the phone said they were processing a $50 card that I had won. I never mentioned the wife's wins. I told him I wasn't aware of a $50 win, only the $100 one. I told him the date and time of the win and asked about the date of the $50 win. Turns out the $50 win was AFTER the $100 win, but that was the one they were processing. I stressed that I should be getting the $100 because that was the one I won first according to their records. He's referring it to a manager for resolution. He also said there was only one prize per household, so I don't know if my wife's wins will be honored or not. Again, I never even knew I won a $50 prize.

Well, this stinks - DH was the only one who entered {I treat 1pphh sweeps as 1phh entry} and I guess he lost out since he never won and : Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Yes, Amy, that's the one. There were a lot of problems with awarding prizes, not getting emails, etc. At some point, someone posted that due to all the problems, Pepsi was going to honor multiple household wins. Some have collected multiple wins already, but some of us won't be that lucky. I was just hoping...

Ah, no short term memory - that must have been in the {now poofed} comments, right? Since DH didn't win, I didn't pay full attention :crazytongue:

yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. My husband and I both won, and neither of us have received it. Oh well, seems like half of the things I win never materialize.

Yeah, I won a $50 & a $75. I never got an e-mail confirmation or anything, but I did take a pic of the screen both times. I don't know if they'd accept that or not. Who do you contact anyway?
