I had no problems with the small gift cards. It was the large one that gave me a problem. They did straighten it out though. I had to send a copy of the screen to customer [email protected] They have had a lot of issues, so it took about a week to fix. Make sure you reenter all your information when you register. Most people, think they can just fill the top in. That is part of the problem. If it says it is expired, you will need to follow the route with an email.
I have won several times from them and NEVER have been able to redeem a single win. That's I think about $150 down the drain...I totally feel your pain.
Change the expiration month to one month behind If it expires in 8/13 put 7/13. The people that run the site are a bunch of morons and the 1-800 number will get you no where!
I have won many times and rarely can redeem them. It says they're expired. I have $15 from May and $50 from June that I cannot register. I contacted both camel sweepstakes and the other company MANY times and still no luck. Camel told me to be patient as they are working on it. I think I've been pretty patient! Hope you have better luck with yours.
