:wave:Heads up all got my affy for the $100.00 Gift card win and the want it notorized and want a copy of your drivers license. don't know if i will send my drivers license number. I have won hundreds of gift cards and none have asked me for personal info. anyone got thoughts on this. It is a legit sweep but still. why do they need it is you get the affy notorized?

I was going to suggest you contact them jlhooker888 - seems sponsors use boilerplate for not just their rules :crazytongue: :laughing:

I won a Nikon camera a few years ago. The ARV was less than $300, yet they still wanted a Notarized Affidavit. I sent it, and received the camera. Never got a 1099 though. Who knows why they do what they do. :whistle:
