Blacklisted?

I entered a one-time contest (Thin Dots) today for iLounge and I got a message saying that my email I was using was blacklisted. I'm sure I never any other contest for them, but I do have Sweepstakes Ninja. Could this be why? Puzzling because Sweepstakes Ninja doesn't go to any of those "i" places. Has anyone else had this problem before? When I went back and used another email that went through fine.
 
I doubt it but I would ask this question over at the Sweepstakes Ninja forum. Thank you.

It *could* be they had a problem with the email provider - was the different email through a different provider?
 
A couple times I have not been able to enter contests, I couldn't figure it out.. Finally I just figured it was because I unsubscribed from their email list so they blacklisted me..
