This contest vexes me month after month, and I contacted them for an explanation and got none.

Do you have to sign up for the paid membership to enter the contest? They require a membership number to sign up but the membership number is available only after paying. I don't see how to get a free membership or how to enter without paying a fee. Am I missing something? I've been trying for at least 2 years to figure this out. :scratch:
