I've won a lot of books recently from GoodReads.com. They are
1. The Uninvited Guests by Sadie Jones
2. The Garden of Happy Endings by Barbara O'Neal
3. Great from the Start: How Conscious Corporations Attract Success
by John B. Montgomery
4. A Baby Between Them by Winnie Griggs
5. Wicked Allure by Leslie C. Ferdinand, Shirley Holden Ferdinand
6. Rainshadow Road (Friday Harbor, #2) by Lisa Kleypas
7. Sky Dragons: Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey, Todd J. McCaffrey
8. Beautiful Disaster by Laura Spinella

Also, today I got an email that said I won the book Easy Thai Cooking: 75 Family-style Dishes You can Prepare in Minutes by Robert Danhi from RasaMalaysia.com.

I am so happy with all my book wins. I highly recommend entering GoodReads.com contests for awesome book wins.

I really am not sure what makes one person win 10 books from Goodreads and others NONE...LOL But congrats! :sunny:
 
Congratulations on your book wins and thank you for giving us the titles. It's no fun to see " Yea, I won a book " and that's all. It does seem as though some Goodreads fans win a lot of books...I see the comment...Another book win!...a lot. I've entered so many over the years and have won three. I wonder what the secret is.
Anyway...Good for you and enjoy your books.
 
The secret to my great number of wins is that I literally entered like I think hundreds of goodreads.com contests. Here are the steps I take, first, register with goodreads.com website to enter quickly lots of contests quickly, THEN:
1. go to Goodreads.com
2. Click on "Explore" link at top of page.
3. Scroll down and select "giveaways"
4. Then click "enter to win" on any book that you like. After you register with the site it literally takes like two clicks to enter a contest. Then I use my computer's "back" button to get back to the list of "enter to win" books and keep entering more, and using the back button to get back to the list. There are currently hundreds of books you can enter to win.

p.s. Even though you use the back button, you have still successfully entered the contest. If you try to enter it again, you will see it tells you something like "you're already entered to win". Just try it and you'll see what I mean. Use the number links at the bottom to get to the next page of books to enter to win.
p.p.s. On this same page with the long "enter to win" lists of books, you will see a link that says in green "giveaways you've entered" on the top right corner of the screen. Then after you click that, you can sort by "won" and it tells you all the ones you've won.

Good luck! You'll win a lot like me if you enter a huge number of these goodreads.com contests.
 
Congrats on your wins. I enter their contests all the time and am registed with their website. I have only ever won twice in the few years I have been entering them. I do better with the Library Thing contests for books.
 
Congrats! I enter these all the time too, but haven't won any since last summer! But I'll keep on trying.

That was VERY nice of you to give me those details! Thank you! I read some of the writing they have related to how they pick winners today, and it seems it is not strictly random but has to do with participation on the site as well....listing books you have read, want to read, etc. CONGRATS again! :sunny:
