Bug Fix and Feature Status

Hello Fellow SA Members,

Just wanted to update you and let you know that we are always working on Bug Fixes and
Feature updates. We have a current list of 6 Bug Fixes and features that we are working
from. These get prioritized based on impact and usability of SA. Last night we added a second
sorting and SweepsPop section to the bottom of the category pages. This change was based on member feedback ( a second SweepsPop at the end of the page, makes it easier/faster to use SweepsPop ) .

Here is the current list and status.

1. SweepsPop at the Bottom of category pages. ( completed )
2. Comment Status Show - Bug Fix - 1 to 2 weeks
3. Sort on Search Result new Feature. - 3 weeks
4. Database format change for performance - Advanced SQL - 4 weeks
5. Sort order "save" - Bug Fix - 1 to 2 weeks
6. Link color change in IE8 - Bug Fix - 1 week

The SweepsPop options has been added to expiring and new page sections (bottom) . :whistle:
 
We are working on the sweepstakes comments on the site today. Hope to have them fixed before EOD. :)

They were earlier disabled due to performance problems.
 
We had to make some big changes in the site database structure today because the comments were
causing performance problems. The good news is that the comments are working again showing the correct status "1 Comment" . The bad news is we lost some comments and hits data. I am going to see if I cannot restore the old comments.

You can already sort by sweepscheck date in the regular categories. When we roll out sorting for search result we'll include expiring. Good Suggestion. :sunny:
