Had no problem claiming but when I went to use it got a message that the security code did not match the card. Sent a email to disputes. Well see what happens.

I redeemed mine last night and had the same problem, but mine wasn't that they didn't match. It's just some companies take a dollar from the amount, forgot why, but it effects the purchase because your a dollar short. I redeemed mine last night for 149 instead of 150 and it worked. Not sure if this helps. If you look at the faqs section on the rewards page it explains more about issues you could be experiencing.
