Is anyone having an issue with this game?? I won last nite and can't get the registration to work at the up2u website. Called RJ Reynolds last nite and they checked the info. and said there was no issue at their end. My prize shows on the camel sweepstakes site and when I click to redeem it and enter the info. rec'ing a message that the info. doesn't match?? :cussing: I have gone back and re-checked several times and everything is entered correctly

Currently waiting on a reply email back from support at up2u. I only have 30 days to register my win or I lose it....

Just thought if anyone else was having the same issue you could lend me some help...Thanx!!

Finally got it to go thru!!! Doing the happy dance now!! Had to take the dashes outta the birthdate field!!!!

To redeem your prize when you go to up2U to put your information in put your birthdate in without any //// or - just the numbers back to back like this 05301965. My code cam up right away doing it this way Took me a couple days to figure it out.
