CAMEL Virtual Gift Code Help?

I am trying to figure out how to activate the code.

Any tips or a phone number to call for help? Should I call camel sweepstakes or the Rewards site?

make sure when you enter your birth date you use just numbers ... like 04022012. If you use / or - inbetween the month, day and year it will just keep looping.
