Can we edit signatures?

Earlier this year I added a signature with my wins. I cannot seem to figure out how to edit the signature. Looking for advice.
 
I'm not supposed to answer a question with a question, but how do we even add a signature in the first place. I hope someone will answer your question because I'd like to know how to edit a signature, after I first figure out how to add one, lol
