One thing I find that helps me is that I will pull up the music player on the computer and listen to some high energy dance music while I enter sweeps. it really seems to pick up my pace and I zoom through them much faster than without the music. I downloaded that Devo song that they have in the new computer processor commercials, that is one of my faves for making me move fast!
Also, I am very careful to make sure I am taking regular breaks, get up every half hour to an hour or so and do something else for 5 - 10 mins. For example, I will stop, and run the vacuum in one room, put in some laundry, or start pulling stuff out and prepping it for dinner.
