I got an email today that I was a potential winner in this sweepstakes for $1000.00 visa gift card. I had to complete the affidavit and return it. So excited!!! It's been a while since winning anything. It's a daily entry sweep and I won on my first entry from last night.

Heads up though, I only had a 4 hour window of time to respond to the email, so if you enter this sweep make sure you check your email often. Good luck everyone.
 
Wow! Congrats!!! but crazy that they give so little time to respond. Don't they know that people work and not everyone has a smart phone?

Exactly! I was at work and just happened to check my smart phone...not something I really do often while at work and was just fortunate enough to get to it in time. Had I waited until I got home...well...thank God I didn't! :D

I had to print it out, get it notarized and either fax it or scan it and reply to the email with it as an attachment. That's the one I did. I actually have until Monday to get the affy in, but I had to respond to the email right away.

Oh wait - so the 4 hrs was to reply WITH it all done & you also have to send in the actual printed, notarized, signed affy too?

Darn, I hope my last minute entry doesn't win then!!!
 
No, you just had to respond and talk to someone within the timeframe, then they gave me until Monday to get the affy in. I have a notary that works where I do, so I was able to get it all done, but you just had to talk to someone after getting the email. The email has the attachments, but the requirement was to respond first.

Great win!! What time did they send your winning email? I don't have a smart phone and would hate to miss a winning email!
