Never received an e-mail that I won any thing, but I received an e-mail from UPS that a package was on the way with the following description:

MAILED-CHASE-HAT-BOX

US-OPEN
 
Congratulations!
I won also in the Chase US Open and received popcorn, cookies, stainless steel bottle, brownies etc....

Didnt even know I won I just received the package!
