CMT Bar-S Summer of Music Sweepstakes
Enter to win the CMT Bar-S Summer of Music Sweepstakes. The randomly selected Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following elements that collectively make up the "Grand Prize":
(a) Two (2) tickets (ticket type/level shall be of Sponsor's sole choosing, with a total ARV of $200) to the Event (as defined below);
(b) One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) spending money in the form of a check (such check to be issued in the name of the parent/legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner if the Grand Prize Winner is a Qualifying Minor) that may or may not be used to purchase travel and hotel accommodations for the Event.
In addition to attending the 2019 CMT Music Awards on or about June 5, 2019, in Nashville, Tennessee (subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion) (the "Event"), the Grand Prize Winner and guest may be filmed, photographed, and interviewed (the "Grand Prize Experience"). The Grand Prize Experience may be used by sponsors, Bar-S, and their respective designees for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising, and publicity purposes, worldwide, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including but not limited to television and the World Wide Web/Internet, including Sponsor's and/or Bar-S's social media platforms and sites, without notice, review, or approval by Winner(s) and without additional compensation;
(c) One (1) year's supply of Bar-S product (total estimated retail value $600); and
(d) OneCMTPrizePack(asdefinedinparagraph9below).
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes the Grand Prize Winner's consent to Sponsor,and its respective agents', use of Grand Prize Winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/orhometown and state for advertising, promotional, and other purposes, including without limitation, exploitation ofthe Grand Prize Experience (as defined above), in any manner, in any and all media, now known or hereinafterdevised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, or permission andWinner's name may be posted on Sponsor's websites and social media during and after the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize Winner and guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of Grand Prize fulfillment. GrandPrize Winner will determine the airline, ground transportation (if applicable), and hotel if he/she chooses to attend the Event at his/her own leisure. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any travel or accommodation arrangements, nor any cancellations, delays, diversions, substitution, or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same.
The approximate total retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $1,860.00.
There is no purchase necessary to obtain a UPC Code. UPC Codes arefound on the outside of the Bar-S product packages. Entrant must then go to the Website, follow the directions forsweepstakes entry and complete the instructions. Only Bar-S UPC Code numbers will constitute a valid entry.
The seven (7) randomly selected First Prize Winners shall each receive the following elements that collectively make up the "First Prize(s)":
(a)One (1) year's supply of Bar-S product (total estimated retail value $600); (b)One (1) two-hundred dollar ($200) Visa gift card; and
(c) One CMT Prize Pack.
Total ARV of each First Prize is $860 for a total ARV of $6,020.
The one-thousand one (1,001) randomly selected Second Prize Winners shall receive one (1)prize pack (the "CMT Prize Pack" or "Second Prize(s)"), consisting of: (i) one (1) BBQ Grill; (ii) one (1) BBQ Kit; (iii) one(1) apron; (iv) one (1) pair of sunglasses; (v) one (1) can koozie; (vi) one (1) hot dog toy; (vii) one (1) Bar-S coupon;and (viii) one (1) ten dollar ($10) Visa gift card. The total ARV of each Second Prize is $60 for a total ARV of $60,060.
The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $67,940.00.
