Positive that both my entries said sorry and no e-mail confirmation but on the rewards page a card to be redeemed showed up. so check the rewards page even if you don't think you've won. :wave:
I have had that happen but they might be codes that haven't been processed yet. You may want to check you last wins and compare codes. GL I hope it's a good code! :sunny:
