Coke EDO' Cards Issues

Yesterday I rec'd an email from a rep at EDO....They have resolved most of the issues with my card wins. I now have the funds on all but one card and they stated they are still working on that one card. Sure enuff...I called and the funds are on the cards finally!! So...just a heads up to anyone else out there that has a zero balance on their cards... Be patient as they are working on this issue!!

Here is the email I rec'd....Actually, they have the number of cards I have incorrect....I have more than the 4 they speak of and had to re-contact them about it...What a fiasco!!

We have resolved the issue with 3 of your missing prize codes and have applied the funds to 3 your cards that had $0.00 balances. Card ending in * **** still has a $0.00 balance because there was an issue during the fulfillment process. Please know that we will continue to work on this until the funds are on that card.
