I received a winner notification as per below. The Official rules state that I would receive a confirmation e-mail within 24-48 hours with instructions to claim the prize, but it never came through to my inbox. I don't see anywhere in the rules of how I can contact them to let them know.

Has this happened to anyone before? Not sure if I can do anything about it.

Look for an email in the rules and attach your winner notification. I did that with a win once and was reminded that the prize delivery takes 4-6 weeks. Not sure that will help about a confirmation email scenario, but its worth a try! Congrats!
