Stamps.com sells postage or postal stamps...they mail out a disk so you can use a printer to print postage. They do not
run sweepstakes and are not a fulfillment center.

Unfortunately via USPS.com a lot of items are listed from stamps.com. I have received both orders from online stores and prize winnings delivered from a "stamps.com" listing on my usps.com/
