On the Cooking Hawaiian Style spin to win game, twice now I had all 3 items on the slot machine match and got no acknowledgement of winning. Anyone else experience this?

Yes. I think if you let the page sit too long or refresh it displays the $500 winning ones 3 times.

I won a t shirt last year on this but never received a win screen and never received the shirt.

I have had that happen if you try to play again before 24 hours are up.
