Keep contacting ePrize. I have found that they will eventually answer if you are persistent. I would also cc the sponsor, Fabulous Savings.

Maybe there would be a better response if the inquiry was coming from the person who actually won the prize. They may think you are trying to scam them. Just a thought ... :sunny:

Well I used her email account that she gave me, guess I could have her contact them from her computer

I've gotten prizes from ePrize six or so months after winning. Tell your friend to "reply" to the email notification she got and to keep doing so until she gets a response. They usually respond to my inquiries when I reply to the email notification.

I had contacted Living XL for her and they are researching it

Try contacting ePrize. More times than not, there are only a few people in the company (sponsor) that are handling their end of the sweepstakes. Without a direct contact for one of those people, you will usually get someone who doesn't know jack squat about anything; and it may just make matters more frustrating.

Yep, I tried both ways. They have always responded to emails, this is a first time I have experienced this

Sometimes, they don't respond because it's taking them a long time to receive the prize for distribution and are getting inundated with inquiries. That happened with last year's Universal Simpson's sweepstakes. Months and months went by, and then they finally sent out email responses to people; and then everyone started receiving their Universal Studios tickets within one or two weeks.
