I am trying to figure out how many of us here are from the soggy Pacific Northwest!

Loren, has got an idea up his sleeve and needs to know if it's workable.

So if your pick-up truck has a healthy growth of moss on its northside ... or your digits are webbed ... or you pray for rain so your sinuses don't dry out ... or if your hall closet boasts at least 3 sets of Helly-Hansen raingear ... or you've ever paid $5 for a cup of Starbucks coffee ... or you've ever had spotted owl for Thanksgiving ...

... drop a post here and let me know the general area where you live!

I do! I do!!! I live in the most Northwestern spot in the 48 contiguous United States. Really!
And I would like do something fun that Loren has thought up!

(just wanted to get the ball rolling here :crazytongue: )

Talking to yourself again, LB! I have a suggestion for you and your fun idea. Perhaps rubber walls would be appropriate! :sunny:

Sorry I can't help you, I am a Northeasterner!

Sorry ~ Kentucky Islander here

:sunny: Well as you know I am also a Northwesterner. Raingear? I thought that was how you could tell the tourists from the residents, along with the ones carring an umbrella! They mow the yards in the rain here. It's been a dry winter here. We are down 5 inches compared to last year. Only 17 inches so far this year.
Have never paid cash for a Starbucks, only used cards that I have won. (I'm too cheap to spend real money on that expensive coffee from Starbucks) To those of you who don't know Northwesterners drink more coffee than any other section of the country. There are drive up coffee huts everywhere!
Never had a spotted owl for Thanksgiving, but of course it has been on the endangered species list since I moved here. I wonder if it tastes like chicken!!

We don't know what rust is! West Texas, desert!!!!!!!!!!!!! We NEED rain! Burn bans all the time over here (including right now)!

No rust here - sunny California here.
Hardly ever rains except today when I am trying to throw my husband a birthday bash.
I wonder if I can fit 60 people in my house?????????

No Starbucks coffee for me - only do tea now.

Didn't mention... last month we had weather in the 90's & the 30's one week apart - and in that order. It's been in the 70's & 80's lately though!
