So last night (after complaining this week I couldn't win one) I finally won a $10 gc from the instant win. The problem is I had already taken my Ambien and it has kicked in and I just shut off the computer and went to sleep. I woke up today thinking uh oh was there a screen to fill out after winning or anything I should do??? Anyone knows?

I didn't get anything to fill out..It just says to look for your prize in the mail within 6 - 8 weeks

I didn't get anything either and I know exactly what you mean about the Ambien kicking in. Ha! Ha! Ha! Been there, done that. I love that it helps me sleep but I hate that I have no idea what I did after it kicks in before I actually fall asleep. LOL

Yes ambien is great, except the pre sleep amnesia....a week later ups shows up with things you didn't know you ordered while on ambien! Surprise 2 bikes..
