Dove Apology Win

Rec'd an apology letter from Dove along with 2 free coupons for Dove Body Wash (valued at $9.99 a piece)

They had previously sent me 2 free coupons for a 2 pack of bar soap a couple of weeks ago....

Anyway the letter was an apology for any confusion they had caused concerning my wins (was supposed to receive the coupons for body wash initially and not the bars of soap) So hey I am a happy camper!! Love Dove products!! Won't have to purchase bath soap or body wash for a while!! A clean win all the way around I would say!!!

Awesome!! I also received the coupons for bar soap and not body wash, did you contact them or did they just correct the mistake? I have not received anything else from them.

No I did not contact them...Just rec'd the unexpected apology letter along with the coupons...Yes I was confused when I initially rec'd coupons for just the bar soap...but did not argue the point....So apparently they either caught their own mistake or other winners filed a complaint......
