email about 200 amazon gc

I got an email today. I'm not sure if its junk or real. I recieved an email from an @mail.com it contains a zip file. It states I have recieved a 200 amazon gift card. It states the number is in the zip file.
Any one know if this is real or junk?

Sorry if I posted this in wrong section, I wasnt sure where to put it.

rule of thumb:

1} Did I enter this sweeps?
2} Is the email address consistent with the sponsor/promo?
3} Is the prize I "won" listed as a prize if it was a sweeps I entered?

If NO to any of the above, it's a scam.
 
I'm not sure if it was a sweeps or not. I know it is listed as a prize on a few. It came from an @mail.com address. The email subject is you have recieved a gift card from amazon. The link in the email for amazon opens to amazon. There is also a phone number which is registered to amazon. I did a search. Im just not sure because of the gift card number beung a zip file

Hmm, @mail.com sounds hinky, and no way would I ever open a zip file - I don't think I've ever even heard of a win that had a zip file?

If they don't ID what sweeps this was for, and you can't find a sweeps that you entered by that name, I'd be leery.
