I received that email too and I don't know what they're talking about either. It's nice that they're offering a code for Amazon.
 
I guess they sent it to everyone that registered for the sweepstakes. Yes, there was an inappropriate sentence that appeared on their site. I was surprised to see it but it was only there for a few days. At first I couldn't believe I was reading that and thought it was very strange. It's gone and it was very nice of them to send us $5 for amazon.
 
Hmmm.. I never got one.... My hubby and I were both registered for the sweep and neither one of us got an email.

Don't feel bad, I never received an email either and have entered this sweep everyday except 1 that I can remember.

Congrats to those who did receive the email though!!
 
I'll definitely be on the lookout in my email. Maybe it's been delayed for some of us? I use gmail, I don't know if that helps anyone else.

what was the inappropriate sentence...if you don't wanna post it here send me a pm as am curious to know why I am being rewarded for something I never saw!!?? Thanx!!

I'm wondering too - was it truly offensive, or was a grievance group demanding they be all PC?
 
There was a two word phrase to effect of "Tom S*cks" (can't remember the exact name) which appeared along the top line of the entry box. Probably a prank between computer programmers which was not meant to be displayed on the website. Based on the e-mail I would say someone is out of a job.
