Eprize sweeps enthusiasts cable show

Did everyone get the email from Eprize, that a new cable show is looking for sweeping enthusiasts? They want big personalities (not me) and probably people who submit hundreds per day (again not me).

Would be interesting to know who from SA is applying and who is accepted.
 
No way. These reality shows are anything but real and shade their stories and facts to make things far larger than life. I don't believe a thing I see on ANY reality show any longer, including "Swamp People" (which I like) because a real gator hunter said that when they pull the gators to the boat, the only way you get them thrashing is to do it on purpose. :cussing:

If you are a genial, roll with the punches, charismatic type, that's not easily rocked, then yeah, go for it!!! :headbang:
 
I filled out the form--didnt really think it through, Im just addicted to filling out forms :laughing: They called me today and left a message saying they were very interested in talking to me......now Im having second thoughts....I dont even LIKE reality shows, I think they tend to make people look stupid and shallow, and I really dont want that to be what I go down in history for-----of course, now I look flakey for filling it out and then not persuing it. Gah. :hiding:

well, thanks everyone.....I will give them a call back and get more details about it......my husband says if they are willing to pay 250,000, he is totally willing to let me make a fool of myself....good to know he has his priorities straight :laughing:

You have to think bigger though - if you are a hit, you could parlay your success into a talking head gig - think The View :laughing:
 
I hope this doesnt sound stupid, but do they compensate you for your time on the show? I got that email for Eprize too. Just wondering.
 
After speaking with them on the phone the other day, it doesnt sound like you will be "promised" any compensation. I am currently not allowed to discuss any major details about it, but I dont think that you will be compensated just by virtue of being on the show.
