Hope you get your card.

Have you tried replying to the actual email prize notification you got? They always responded to me when I tried contacting them that way.

Excellent advice. One must remember that these people probably get 1000's of emails per day, sort out the ones they can understand and deal with, then chuck the rest.

Make sure your email is in good, readable, understandable English. State your request succinctly, clearly, and in an organized fashion. Reply to their notification email or add a copy of the original notification.

Then ... you will receive an answer. It works every time.

(As a note: Most companies do NOT open emails with attachments. Or emails that contain hostile wordage, they have a filter that chucks those automatically! :crazytongue: )

Thank's for the replies, what I did was, send them a reply on the original win notification they sent me. I have sent it 4 times, and rest assured, I was very polite and to the point. So, the tone of my reply is not an issue. I will give them a few more days, then call them and see if that helps. Thank's for the number.

I always reply with "Can you please tell me the status of my prize as I have not received it yet. Thank you.".

At times, ePrize can take over six months to get out prizes.

Also, keep in mind, that they distribute the prizes and have to wait to receive them first in order to send them out.

I know that eprize sponsors the Caffeine instant wins and those take FOREVER to receive. but, i have always received my prizes from eprize. good luck.

lol, I've actually read sweepers send emails like this top one before!

OP, good luck, hope you get your card soon. I've had issues with a couple prizes in the past and needless to say I never received them and never will. They were high ARV items too. Other than that, I nomally get all of the prizes I win.

Back when I used to win from ePrize  they usually were good about replying.

I was just thinking...I think is should be a requirement for winners lists to be posted online. I wonder how many things we've all probably won (not necessarily from ePrize) that we don't even know about, that we never received.

Anything could happen, and it just seems "fair" for all of us to have a place to look to see if we've won anything. I've sent out numerous winners list requests, and have only received a few.
