I won a $100 Visa GC in the AT&T Brain Teaser Wallet Pleaser IW, I did not get the card, so I got in touch with eprize at least 4 times, they finally called me about the win, and said that they had contacted me via email , regarding this, not so. They say that they will send card, so I will post if they do or not. Oh by the way they screwed me out of a $ 50 best buy GC last year. They say that they sent it via USPS. But they have no proof , a nd I don't either. I think that there are people at eprize who take advantage of wins for themselves. You should google eprize and see for your self.

Wow the only time I have had prizes missing was when the PO delivered an empty package and I went ballistic , can't imagine what I would do if it was $100.

Glad you guys are calm, I could learn a lesson from you.
 
:wave: Sorry to hear that you are having a problem. I can honestly say that over the years that I have won hundreds of prizes from Eprize. They are sometimes slow to get the prizes out but have received them all. I have had to email them a couple of times when the prize was later than stated in the rules but they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner with an update on the prize. If they had told me that they mailed a prize via USPS I would tend to believe them as I can't speak as I have more problems with them then with Eprize.
 
I also have never had any trouble with Eprize, They acually have been very nice to me and helped me find a prize I thought was lost. I have had trouble with the postal service losing things, and FedEx lost a couple things, but I try to think the best of people and that they are human and maybe really just lost them. I may be naive and really got ripped off, but I guess if someone wants something that bad they can have it, it will all even out in the wash so to speak. Good luck to everyone who has not gotten their prizes, hope they show up on the door step with lots of other surprise wins.
 
I have not had a problem with them as of yet. Hard to give them the benefit of the doubt when they have screwed you before. Keep on them.
 
In eleven years of online sweeping, I've never had any problems with ePrize; and can't even begin to count how much I've won from them--always good communication even if slow at times.

I chalk up false wins and lost mail as "stuff happens". I imagine that more mail gets lost than we think. :)
 
Wow, halandt, I'm sorry you have to deal with this stuff. I'm going to pray for you to get "the big one" so you can move!

I joined the fan page on Facebook for ePrize.
 
It is so unfortunate but I can truly say that the times I have received empty packages have been very few compared to the number of times I have received prizes.

My UPS person never leaves my packages at the front door anymore, times are not like they used to be, people will steal.
 
OK maybe some of you got your prize, but I have been screwed out of my win. They say that they sent it, but , they should have sent it by return reciept not usps, well no get they are no send prizer

They send it out however the Sponsor pays for. You could try complaining to the sponsor directly.
 
I have won many times from Eprize, and i have always received my prize, although , lots of times it was late getting here, but it eventually showed up. Also, lately when i win from eprize they send me an email , letting my know it was mailed out and when to expect it. that wasn't always the case, that seems to be something new they do.
I've won some really awesome prizes from Eprize.
i've been lucky to have some really good postal employees. i've heard some real horror stories,
i think the only prizes i have never received was a water bottle, and my niece never received a prize she won from Kraft Mac & Cheese (which i was shocked, she won prizes from them before and always received them.)

Well, after many emails and two long distance calls, I finally got my $100 GC .
 
Well I did have a problem with them, but it is over now, after many hoops, they finally came thru with the $100 card. I have won many times from them and most of the times , They come thru with the prize, but in my case they did not,but I finally did get it after many emails and long distance ph. calls. LB, yea he is one of a kind.
