In March, the 9th, I Received an email from ebony magazine, saying i had won a prize in the 30 days of giving sweeps. i had to have the form notarize and returned in a week and i did it promptly. no prize and no response from emailing, a letter and an attempt to call ebony's office in chicago. what recourse do I have? i would appreciate any tips [email protected]

Post the problem on their FaceBook page for all to see. That always works to me.

If you have a Facebook account I strongly urge you to post on their wall as previously mentioned. Several months ago I won a grand prize and was shipped only part of the win. I emailed the company and didn't get a response. Last resort was to post a nice but firm remark on the wall of the sponsor and within an hour I was contacted by phone. Good luck.
