I'm sooo confused about this but I just won something off of some site a couple weeks ago and the person who is shipping it lives in California and has chose fedex to ship it to me with the option of
FedEx Home Delivery-Indirect Signature Required and I had looked that option up and it says that a special fee called a A surcharge applies and I had wanted know what this means?Does it mean that the shipper who is shipping the thing that I won is the one who has to pay the surcharge or does it mean that I have too? and IF I do how much of a surcharge will I have to pay for something in a package and the package is
4.1 lbs/1.9 kg ?Please let me know because I have never have to deal with anything like this before, and I am definitely new to all of it.Any help would be appreciated??Thanks!!!

Congrats!! While I cant say for sure, I just had a fed ex delivery made that exact way. It was a suprize win, and I did not have to pay anything. I would guess that any charges would be made to the shipper. Keep us all posted on your win!

I said I would keep you's posted on my win,and right now i'm doing just that .

Now a couple days ago on Thursday,I got a knock on my door From Fed Ex
with the package that I won,and all they had me do was sign my name on an electronic form and then they gave me the package, and I didn't have to pay no surcharge nor any fees for it.
